REPORT: The FBI Still Hasn’t Arrested A Single Person For Attacks On 230 Pro-Life Churches And Pregnancy Centers In 2022

In the wake of Roe v Wade being overturned, pro-life centers were attacked by pro-abortion activists.

According to CatholicVote.org, there have been at least 78 attacks on pregnancy resource centers and offices of pro-life groups.

At least 78 pregnancy resource centers and offices of pro-life groups have been attacked and vandalized since a draft Supreme Court opinion overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked in early May. Pro-abortion domestic terrorists have claimed responsibility, and delivered on their promise of a “summer of rage“. The attacks have continued into the fall.

The pregnancy resource centers, which provide free medical and financial support to pregnant and new mothers, have been spray-painted with pro-abortion and anarchist messages and symbols. Several have been set on fire. Other pro-life groups which advocate for the right to life have also had their offices vandalized.

A separate list compiled by LifeNews says there were over 230 attacks on churches and pregnancy centers.

Despite these attacks, the FBI has still not arrested anyone.

US-made HIMARS destroyed in new strikes – Moscow

More than 200 Ukrainian troops and foreign ‘mercenaries’ were killed in the missile attacks, Russia’s Defense Ministry has claimed

Russian forces have destroyed several US-supplied HIMARS rocket launchers and eliminated scores of Ukrainian troops and dozens of foreign fighters in a fresh series of missile strikes, Moscow’s Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.

According to the military, two launchers were destroyed at the Druzhkovka railway station in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). The second pair of launchers, which were firing at other DPR cities, were located near the Ukrainian-held city of Kramatorsk, the ministry added.

In addition, nine HIMARS rockets were intercepted near the frontline in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), as well as in Kherson Region to the north of Crimea, the statement said.

The Russian Air Force’s “precision strikes” on positions of the “foreign legion” fighting for Ukraine near Kramatorsk and Maslyakovka destroyed over 130 “foreign mercenaries,” it added.

Up to 120 Ukrainian soldiers were eliminated at Druzhkovka railway station, the military claimed.

This attack comes after Russia confirmed on Monday that over 60 of its soldiers were killed in Makeyevka, when Kiev's forces targeted the building they were housed in with missiles fired from HIMARS launchers.

The strike had earlier been reported by the republic’s Information Minister Daniil Bezsonov, who claimed it happened precisely at 0:01 am on New Year’s night.

Ukraine continues to request more weapons from the US and other Western countries, while Moscow insists that deliveries of foreign arms to Kiev will not change the course of the conflict and can only lead to more casualties.

Bankman-Fried Asks Judge To Hide Identities Of Bail Guarantors

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has asked a judge to conceal the identities of two people who will help secure his bail in addition to his parents' house in Palo Alto, California, Bloomberg reports.

"If the two remaining sureties are publicly identified, they will likely be subjected to probing media scrutiny, and potentially targeted for harassment, despite having no substantive connection to the case," wrote SBF's lawyers in a letter filed on Tuesday seeking redactions of the names of the two individuals who intend to sign as sureties to his bail.

"Consequently, the privacy and safety of the sureties are “countervailing factors” that significantly outweigh the presumption of public access to the very limited information at issue," the letter continues.

Bankman-Fried's $250 million bail package - granted in his first appearance on US soil since his arrest in the Bahamas, was secured by his parents' Palo Alto home, which is worth nowhere near that amount. The judge in the case also required that two people of "considerable means," at least one of whom cannot be a relative, also sign the bond.

Bankman-Fried was granted a $250 million bail package in December, one of the largest in US history. The personal recognizance bond approved by the judge was secured by the equity in Bankman-Fried’s parents home in Palo Alto, California, which is almost certainly not worth anywhere near that amount. But outsized bonds are more a means of establishing harsh financial consequences for bail-jumping and are often backed by assets worth only around 10% of the stated amount. -Bloomberg

The two individuals have not yet signed the bond but intend to do so by the Jan. 5 deadline, according to the letter.

Bankman-Fried is set to appear in a Manhattan federal court on Tuesday to face charges on eight criminal counts ranging from wire fraud to conspiracy to commit money laundering, to conspiracy by misusing customer funds, CNN reports. He is expected to plead not guilty.

He faces 115 years if convicted on all charges.

Driver and YouTube Star Ken Block Dies in Snowmobile Accident

The world of motorsport paid tribute to American Ken Block, the professional rally driver whose daring stunts made him an internet sensation, after his death aged 55 in a snowmobile accident.

Block’s Hoonigan Racing team confirmed his death in a statement on Instagram on Monday.

“Ken was a visionary, a pioneer, and an icon. And most importantly, a father and husband. He will be incredibly missed,” it said.

The accident occurred in Utah’s Wasatch County and the Sheriff’s Office said that Block was riding on a steep slope when the snowmobile upended and landed on top of him.

“He was pronounced deceased at the scene from injuries sustained in the accident,” it said, adding that he was riding in a group but was alone when the accident occurred.

Having begun his rallying career in 2005, Block was named Rookie of the Year in the Rally America Championship. He competed in the World Rally Championship and won several rallycross medals at the X Games.

The American co-founded sportswear company DC Shoes and produced the Gymkhana video series, which featured him driving on dangerous tracks and obstacle courses. The series racked up millions of views on YouTube.

He also featured on the BBC program Top Gear, including a sequence drifting and performing tyre burnouts around London with actor Matt LeBlanc.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, a former rally driver and president of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), said on Twitter that Block was “an inspiration for us all and a true gentleman of our sport.”

Jenson Button, the 2009 Formula One world champion, said he was in shock.

“Such a talent that did so much for our sport. He was a true visionary with his own unique style & infectious smile. Our sport lost one of the best today but more importantly a great man,” he said on Twitter.

Nine-times world rally champion Sebastien Loeb, currently competing on the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia, posted a photograph with the words “RIP Legend.”

Two Las Vegas parents sued a school district after their daughter was allegedly required to complete a “pornographic” assignment.

Candra and Terrell Evans filed a lawsuit against Clark County School District (CCSD) alleging that their 15-year-old daughter was given an assignment and told to read a monologue in front of her classmates that “contained explicit, obscene and sexually violent material.” The parents alleged that the educators of the district took part in “unlawful grooming and abuse of a minor” involving “pornographic material.”

“[The teacher] helped the other student edit their obscenely violent pornographic monologue knowing that it would then be provided to another student to read, memorize and perform in front of the class,” the lawsuit said, according to the lawsuit.

In April, Candra Evans allegedly met with school administration after learning about the assignment, where educators “defended the obscene monologue and then blamed [the student] for reading it, stating that she could have said ‘no,’ but she didn’t,” the lawsuit stated. At a CCSD school board meeting, Evans read an excerpt her daughter was told to memorize for class, KLAS News reported.

“I don’t love you. It’s not you. It’s just that I don’t like dick or any dick in that case,” Evans read, according to KLAS News.

“I’ve tried to look at it from all different perspectives, but the truth is, I’m a fucking lesbian,” the monologue continued, KLAS News reported. “I’ll never love you or any man, or any fucking dick. I hope you find a nice straight girl because that’s not me, and I’m tired of pretending that it is.”

EU Corruption Scandal: Two More Socialist MEPs Linked to Bribery Probe by Investigators – Report

Two more Socialist MEPs have reportedly been linked by Belgian investigators to a corruption scandal currently ravaging the EU, a report has claimed.

Marc Tarabella and Andrea Cozzolino, two Socialist MEPs working within the European Parliament have reportedly been linked to an ongoing EU corruption scandal by Belgian investigators, a report on Tuesday has claimed.

It comes after one senior Socialist representative, Eva Kaili, was arrested late last year and remanded in custody over an ongoing investigation into bribery within the parliament.

According to an article by POLITICO, investigators in Belgium suspect both Tarabella and Cozzolino of wrongdoing in relation to the scandal, which reportedly involves officials from Morocco and Qatar allegedly bribing certain members of the EU body.

The parliament is now reportedly moving to lift the immunity of both MEPs following a request from authorities to do so, with the process for removing their legal protection said to begin later this month.

Such a move will apparently be backed by both of the MEPs in question, with the lawyer for Marc Tarabella reportedly saying that the representative will support the motion to lift his legal immunity.

“Since the beginning of this investigation, Marc Tarabella has repeated that he is at the disposal of the judiciary and has even asked to be questioned rapidly in order to defend himself,” Tarabella’s lawyer reportedly stated. “He has equally said that he would not hide behind his parliamentary immunity.”

While both MEPs appear to be maintaining their innocence in relation to the scandal, the fact that they have been linked to the probe in the first place will likely result in political headaches for leftists within the EU.

So far, the corruption scandal plaguing the EU has been overwhelmingly left-wing, affecting a number of officials with links to Socialist parties across Europe.

By far the biggest fish caught up in the probe as of writing is Eva Kaili, a former Vice President of the European Parliament who had the position stripped from her after being linked to the investigation.

Despite efforts pushing for her conditional release, Kaili has been kept behind bars by authorities in Belgium ahead of her trial in relation to the corruption probe.

Like the other MEPs involved, Kaili has continued to profess her innocence as of writing.

Since her arrest, however, many who have frequently been targetted by the bloc over their political views have lashed out at the institution, with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán even calling for the parliament to be abolished in the wake of the bribery probe.

“If we want to bring the European Parliament under stronger control as an institution, then it would be better if we sent representatives elected to the national parliament instead of direct election,” Orbán reportedly said.

“Hungarians want to abolish the European Parliament,” he also claimed.

German Doctor Jailed For Issuing Thousands of Coronavirus Mask Exemption Certificates

A German doctor was sentenced late Monday to two years and nine months in prison for illegally issuing more than 4,000 people with exemptions from wearing masks during the coronavirus pandemic.

A regional court in the southwestern town of Weinheim confirmed Tuesday that the doctor was convicted of “issuing incorrect health certificates” to people from across Germany, most of whom she had never met or examined.

In addition to the prison sentence she was handed a three-year work ban and ordered to pay 28,000 euros ($29,550), the sum she had received for issuing the medical certificates. Her office assistant was fined 2,700 euros.

“The process is more reminiscent of a sale of certificates than a medical procedure,” the court said in a statement. It noted that she was not faulted for providing certificates to her existing patients.

During the trial the defendant had argued that wearing masks was harmful to people´s health.

The doctor’s lawyer intends to appeal the verdict, public broadcaster SWR reported.

Dozens of supporters gathered outside the court in Weinheim, north of Heidelberg, to protest against the verdict and Germany’s pandemic restrictions.

Germany ended requirements to wear masks in many indoor settings last year, though they are still compulsory on long-distance trains, in doctors’ practices, hospitals, nursing homes and on some regional public transport.

844K Known Border Crossers in First Quarter of Fiscal Year

Approximately 844,000 migrants were either apprehended after crossing the southwest border or were classified as “got-aways” during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2023.

Unofficial numbers obtained from Border Patrol officials indicate a total of 844,000 known border crossers during the first three months of FY23. The number represents the reported apprehension of 631,000 migrants and an additional 212,000 migrants classified as known got-aways.

Gotaways are an estimate by Border Patrol officials of migrants that are either seen and not apprehended or are counted by other means including technology and tracking. These are migrants who illegally cross the border with no intention of surrendering to law enforcement to claim asylum, officials previously told Breitbart.

The El Paso Sector alone accounted for approximately 32,000 of these got-aways just in December. Agents in the El Paso Sector apprehended nearly 56,000 migrants in December. This brings the total of known border crossings to 88,000 for the month.

Del Rio Sector agents apprehended more than 51,000 migrants in December — mostly in the Eagle Pass area of operations. This represents an increase of nearly 54 percent over the previous December. During the first quarter of FY23, Del Rio Sector agents apprehended more than 111,000 migrants. Known got-aways for this sector were not reported by the source.

US government funds research on correcting “false beliefs” online

Another way the government finds ways to alter online discourse.

The US government is funding research on how to fight online “misinformation” by correcting “false beliefs.” The funding is in partnership with fact-checkers.

On July 7, 2021, the National Science Foundation (NSF) funded a project titled, “How False Beliefs Form and How to Correct Them.”

The NSF allocated $444,345 to Lisa Fazio, an Associate Professor of Psychology and Human Development at Vanderbilt University. Since then, the total amount granted to the researcher has reached $506,478, as was first surfaced by a War Room report.

Published on NSF’s website is the grant’s purpose, which states: “There is currently an urgent need to understand the real-world effects of misinformation on people’s beliefs and how to best correct false beliefs.

“Through a series of laboratory and naturalistic experiments, the project team is examining the effects of repetition on belief in real-world settings and how to more effectively counteract misinformation.

“By examining these basic psychological processes in the primary domain within which they affect daily life – misinformation on social media – this work will have implications for real-world practices aimed at reducing the impact of misinformation.”

The idea is for the research to “inform real-world practices aimed at reducing the impact of misinformation.” The NSF claims that “fact-checking practitioners are consulted to help guide the research, and results will be discussed with them.” However, it does not name the fact-checkers, many of which have already built up notoriety for the often biased way they apply fact-checks.

Two Law Firms Played Key Roles in Sam Bankman-Fried’s House of Cards; One Is Now Collecting Upwards of $2,165 an Hour in FTX Bankruptcy Proceedings

Thus far, they are the “untouchables.” The law firms that were at the side of Sam Bankman-Fried every step of the way as he built the FTX crypto exchange — an enterprise that Justice Department prosecutor Damian Williams calls “one of the biggest financial frauds in American history.”

Bankman-Fried, the former co-founder and CEO of FTX, has been indicted on eight criminal counts and is wearing a monitoring device as he awaits trial. Caroline Ellison, the former CEO of Bankman-Fried’s now bankrupt hedge fund, Alameda Research, which prosecutors say looted FTX customers’ money, has pleaded guilty to a 7-count criminal indictment. Gary Wang, the former Chief Technology Officer of FTX Trading Ltd., has pleaded guilty to four criminal counts.

What’s happening to the lawyers and the law firms that played pivotal roles in putting this house of cards together? Attorneys at one of those firms, Big Law behemoth Sullivan & Cromwell, are set to collect “between $1,575 and $2,165 per hour for their work” in the bankruptcy proceedings for FTX, according to Reuters.

Yes, despite its intimate role in helping to build the Sam Bankman-Fried house of cards, Sullivan & Cromwell has somehow managed to become in charge of the bankruptcy process of the collapsed firm. According to Bankman-Fried’s draft testimony prepared for a House Financial Services Committee hearing and released by Forbes, “Sullivan & Cromwell was one of the primary external law firms that represented FTX US as well as FTX International” and was calling the shots as the firm collapsed, including picking the new CEO, John Ray. Bankman-Fried was arrested on the day he was scheduled to testify and, thus, did not make it to the hearing to deliver this testimony.

Based on the research of Wall Street On Parade, at the time of the FTX bankruptcy filing on November 11, the General Counsel of FTX.US, the FTX exchange serving customers in the U.S., was former Sullivan & Cromwell partner, Ryne Miller, who had co-chaired the law firm’s commodities, futures and derivatives group and worked at the law firm for eight years prior to joining this upstart crypto exchange.

Another Sullivan & Cromwell partner involved with FTX was Ken Li, who represented FTX.US last year in its acquisition of crypto derivatives firm, LedgerX, which provides trading in crypto futures, options and swaps to both retail and institutional clients.

Sullivan & Cromwell also represented both Alameda Research and FTX in their joint bid to purchase the assets of bankrupt crypto exchange, Voyager Digital Holdings, in 2021. While Sullivan & Cromwell’s website states that it represented FTX.US in its winning bid, the filings in the court case indicate that Sullivan & Cromwell lawyers Andrew G. Dietderich, Brian D. Glueckstein, and Benjamin S. Beller were also representing Alameda Research, Bankman-Fried’s hedge fund that is now alleged to have misappropriated billions of dollars of customers’ funds from the FTX exchange.

‘You Can Protect Yourself’: Zeke Emanuel Tells MSNBC Viewers To Mask Up As New COVID Strain Spreads ‘Very Rapidly’

A MSNBC guest told viewers Monday that the best way to prevent infection from a new strain of COVID-19 was to use masks, and characterized travel bans as a “delaying” tactic that won’t “help.”

“A travel ban isn’t going to end, the negative test results are just going to — they’re delaying tactics. They’re trying to give us information. They’re not going to help,” Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel told MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell. “Individually for your viewers, Andrea, the best thing they can do at the moment, and I know a lot of them are resistant, is masks, N95 really high-quality masks.”

Cases of a new subvariant of COVID-19 known as XBB. 1.5 emerged in the northeastern United States in December, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported. A little more than 40% of all COVID cases from Dec. 25 to Dec. 31 were of the XBB subvariant, according to CDC data.

“XBB. 1.5 is spreading very rapidly, which means it can evade and outcompete the other subvariants. It seems to avoid the antibodies, but also bind more tightly to cells and that gives it the competitive advantage it needs, and unfortunately, the antibodies therefore we have from infection or vaccines don’t seem to work,” Emanuel said. “And the monoclonal antibody shield we have that a lot of immunocompromised patients don’t use, doesn’t seem to be working that well. So it is a great concern and the fact that it’s spreading at this moment when people have been traveling, and therefore we’re going to see another surge going forward, we can be pretty confident of that.”

A study released in July found that wearing masks made “no significant difference” in two North Dakota school districts, one of which had a mask mandate, while another did not. The authors of the study concluded “mask mandates have limited to no impact.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, who retired as director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in December, made contradictory statements about wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, varying between saying wearing masks was not necessary, or at various times suggesting people wear masks. Fauci, at one point, recommended wearing two masks.

“You can’t control what’s out there in the airports, or what’s on a train, or what’s going to be in a shopping mall, but you can protect yourself with these very high-quality masks,” Emanuel, the brother of former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, said.

A widely-shared photo which claimed to show a child victimized by the Russian military has been deleted by the notoriously-mendacious Ukrainian politician who posted it after social media users discovered it was fraudulent.

“There are no children in #Ukraine anymore,” claimed Lesia Vasylenko, a Ukrainian member of parliament who’s frequently cited in Western media reports on supposed Russian misdeeds. “Pictured: Marc, 8 [years old], just survived a #Russia artillery attack,” she insisted in a since-deleted post which received tens of thousands of likes and retweets.

The only problem? The photo was actually over a decade old, as a simple reverse image search shows. In fact, the image seems to have been pulled directly from the Spanish-language cover of a 2008 book called “The Forgotten Man” by novelist Christina McKenna.

It’s far from Vasylenko’s first brush with forgery. As far back as April, she attempted to pass off horrifying war crimes inflicted by the Ukrainian military’s neo-nazi Azov militants as the doing of Russian soldiers.

The notoriously-mendacious legislator is the daughter of Volodymyr Vasylenko, who was at one point not only the Ukrainian Ambassador to NATO and the EU, but a representative to the UN Human Rights Council. The elder Vasylenko previously sat on the “international tribunal” which oversaw the prosecution of former Yugoslavian President Slobodan Milošević and which openly admitted it wouldn’t prosecute NATO nationals.

Despite the extensive reach of Vasylenko’s false post, only independent and non-Western media outlets fact-checked the incorrect claim. Indeed, no Western media outlets even mentioned the post – perhaps due to the fact that, according to Mint Press News, “most of the fact-checking organizations Facebook has partnered with to monitor and regulate information about Ukraine are directly funded by the U.S. government, either through the U.S. Embassy or via the notorious National Endowment for Democracy (NED).”

Zelensky Expands Crackdown on Ukrainian Media

President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a new bill into law which strengthens government control over public access to news in Ukraine. Zelensky has already nationalized the country’s media under martial law powers invoked after Russia’s invasion last year, stoking criticism from press freedom groups.

Signed on December 29, the law expands the Ukrainian broadcast regulator’s powers over news agencies ”dramatically,” now including both print and online sources, according to the Kyiv Independent. The measure requires publications to obtain licenses to operate, and any media org without the proper paperwork can be shut down, the outlet reported, adding that the body handing out the permits will be under Zelensky’s control.

According to Ukraine’s Institute of Mass Information, under the law, the media regulator is likely to be controlled by the incumbent authorities because its members are appointed by Zelensky and the Ukrainian parliament, where his party has an absolute majority.

In March, Zelensky issued a presidential decree which nationalized Ukraine’s broadcast media, stressing the need for a ”unified information policy” to combat Russian disinformation and voices critical of the government. Around the same time, he also banned a long list of opposition political parties with alleged links to Russia, and has since taken punitive action against Orthodox churches also said to have ties with Moscow, effectively quashing all dissent under martial law powers.

While Zelensky’s power-grabs throughout the 11-month conflict have largely gone unnoticed in the American mainstream press – which has devoted ample coverage to similar wartime repression in Russia – the New York Times highlighted calls from human rights groups to rescind the law over fears that it will crush the free press.

”Ukraine will demonstrate its European commitment by promoting a free and independent media, not by establishing state control of information,” said Ricardo Gutiérrez, the general secretary for the European Federation of Journalists.

The Committee to Protect Journalists and other civil rights orgs also slammed the legislation while it was being debated by lawmakers in December. While Ukraine’s legislature agreed to strip away some of the bill’s more extreme measures, the final draft still hands the federal government near total control over Ukraine’s news media.

As part of its investigation, police intend to confront Avital with two women who allege that the modeling agent sexually abused them.

Earlier, Hebrew media outlets published footage of Avital sitting at the back of a commercial flight, alongside two security guards.

Avital, who was unhandcuffed, could be seen smiling as reporters asked him whether he had anything to say to the victims, to which he did not respond.

However, later in the flight, Avital told reporters: “I have a lot to say, and after I give my version of events in the investigation, you’ll hear a lot from me,” before adding that his time in Dutch custody “was not easy,” the Ynet news site reported.

Teens vandalize graves in Mount Zion's Protestant cemetery

Two Jewish teenagers caused $100,000 in damages to graves in the Mount Zion cemetery.

What is the cemetery's history?

The cemetery hosts commonwealth war graves. Most notably, the body of Oskar Schindler, who saved 1200 Jews during the holocaust and inspired the movie 'Schindler's list', is buried in this cemetery.

The historic site also holds the remains of significant contributors to the history and development of Israel's capital, Jerusalem. People included are Conrad Schick, G. Douglas Young, James Starkey, and Horatio Spafford.

Sadly, the graves had already been vandalized in 2013 and communal efforts from the Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities were made to restore the site.

There is footage of the incident and the Mount Zion Police forces are currently investigating the situation.

"This damage isn't just against the Christian community but also against a big part of the heritage of the world's most important city, Jerusalem," said the Jerusalem University College in a statement.

That may reach up to 80 percent during China’s Lunar New Year in late January, the expert estimated, as a huge number of people normally travel around the country for family reunions.

China is grappling with an explosive COVID-19 outbreak on the heels of the abrupt retreat from the zero-COVID policy long championed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
