Most people probably don't know but Congressional records can't be FOIA'd.
They exempted themselves from that law.
The only way to get those is for them to vote to release in committee or whistleblower leaks. Heck, we can't even FOIA the sexual harrassment list of payees and offenders and find out how much $$ (WE) paid to cover up their malfeasance.
So I get this statement completely.
"Crimes must be covered up"
