If you read the closed door testimony Feinstein leaked, he tries several times to plead non-partisan but shows himself clearly to be partisan in some of his answers. He admits he knew the FBI was compromised but was sure it was coming from Trump campaign…never considered Obama (whose FBI it was) was the compromise. He was covering for Clinton hard. Unbelievable.
