An observation about the Brunson case: SCOTUS might be keeping it in their back pocket in case the Democrats attempt to pack the court. As corrupt and coordinated as the swamp is, SCOTUS would be interested in keeping as much power to themselves and the Judicial branch as possible. If the court is packed to obtain whatever predetermined outcome the swamp wants, SCOTUS would no longer have any power at all. As it is, when the Brunson case is in their hands, they are the sole determining factor on whether it's successful, and in one fell swoop would defeat any attempt to pack the court. Democrats have been pretty silent in the last few months on their desire to pack the courts, even though they were talking about it constantly right after Roe v. Wade was overturned.
