Anon read through the whole 131 pages of the Jim Watkins Transcript for Jan 6th.
Pretty impressive jim, thanks for bringing up the Jan 6th Prisoner's at the end.
Also noticed that in that transcript you they used the term parler and you quote bay Par-lay twice,
Anon thinks this is a term used by pirates to have a accord with their leaders which went complete over their heads.
As far as anon remembers the first time anon heard that was in the movie pirates of the Caribbean.
