It’s obvious that the republican congress members are trying to sabotage this whole process. The voters called their bluff and now they find themselves, in the majority, a position the republican establishment tried hard to avoid. They cannot afford to give Trump any advantage by having a winning agenda going into the 2024 election cycle.
They will be now be expected to perform and make good on their promises to preform oversight and investigate corruption. That would ultimately put them at risk of exposing themselves, the DOJ, Supreme Court, Executive Branch, and Congress members from both sides of the isle. (the skeletons in the closet would be at risk of being further exposure) Deep State needs to prevent disclosure.
So the plan is for the republicans to install enough controlled opposition so that the Deep State can prevent disclosure of wrong doing while implementing the Uni-Parties agenda. Then and only then will the republicans get back to the only thing they are comfortable with. That is, standing in front of cameras complaining about how bad the Dems are screwing over the people. If republicans were only given a better chance to rule with a stronger majority and some more of the peoples campaign donations we would be in a better position to fix it all and drain the swamp for good. (Promise)
So today is no different than yesterday. The Swamp doing what is necessary to protect the Swamp, prevent disclosure, advance their uni-party agenda, and degrade Trump support.
