Different situation. Federal workers had no choice but to be vaccinated or lose their jobs. Many did. I'm a federal worker and had a choice : be vaccinated or be fired - no questions asked - instant termination.
Not having an income was not a choice. I had no luxury of a fallback. Savings limited and there was no way I was going to put my family in that position. That was two years ago and I'm perfectly fine. Zero issues.
