the SC is very conservative. since this case doesn't involve (at least, as raised by the Brunson's) deciding whether there was fraud, I think it is more likely that they find Congress failed to investigate and order a re-do…
however, we are in strange times, and they could certainly find that fraud was raised and there was substantial likelihood of it, and overturn the election. anything is possible.
doubtful the military would step in when there is a lawful process available.
interestingly, I'll bet it would take approximately 100 days for the re-do of the 2020 election to happen
