When you ask like that it makes them put their graphic artist hat on and want to talk rates. Maybe you should just write out your idea and see if inspiration strikes any frenlys.

I've found it to be a good litmus test for figuring how who actually reads from those who like to spread excitement (excrement?) about the case.
It was initially filed under Rule 11 and then the lower court ruled on it, and so the Rule 11 requirements were dropped.
