Zero hour is cern. Its a control weapon. Everytime it goes off time has been reset to a deterimed date. Someone says something they dont want, they reset before the person said it and then kill them. But can only be done like several times. Used too much and it creates a black hole. Once it reaches the critical number they have to let it happen. Some people can feel when ithappens, its called deja vu.
