I don’t know this Lunachick but what exactly is she supposed to do? The House vote is at a stalemate and President Trump just reaffirmed his support for McCarthy.
It would be different if someone other than McCarthy had been getting a substantial number of votes or at least gaining votes each time but that hasn’t been the case. This whole thing has been a giant cluster. We had a few members who tried to shake things up, especially Gaetz (God bless him!), but Trump obviously doesn’t want the position and his support of McCarthy is hard to counter.

I don’t listen to any news. I’m just observing the trend here and it’s obvious that, while the thought of some master plan to install Trump as SOTH was tantalizing, it was never grounded in reality.Trump doesn’t want to be Speaker. No one wants to be a prince once they’ve been a king.
