Rogue Panel of Appellate Judges Steps In and Blocks Jen Psaki’s Deposition in Missouri and Louisiana Lawsuit to Protect Biden Regime

The suit alleges a massive coordinated effort by the Deep State, the permanent administrative state, to work with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on issues including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among other issues.

As Gateway Pundit has previously written, the Attorneys General, along with Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft and several other individuals sued the Biden Administration – including Anthony Fauci – for censoring speech surrounding COVID-19, among a large number of other topics.

One of the people sued was former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. As press secretary, Psaki spread daily COVID and other misinformation and disinformation, doing the bidding of the Deep State oligarchs who actually run the United States.

Psaki repeatedly stated before media that the Biden administration was pressuring Big Tech to censor the speech of millions of Americans, where it contradicted the official Deep State narrative. She even issued not-so-veiled threats against Big Tech if it would not censor Wrongthink.

Because of this, Psaki was sued in the Missouri v. Biden case, and we and the Attorneys General for Missouri and Louisiana sought her deposition. To the great credit of the federal district court (the trial court level) in Louisiana, the court granted us leave to take Psaki’s deposition. This prompted her lawyers to repeatedly petition a small panel of judges on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, asking them to block the deposition. The panel of judges initially issued an order to the trial court, demanding that the lower court try to find some other means of allowing some of the information to come out, short of a deposition.

Again, the trial court valiantly stood its ground and found that Psaki’s deposition must be taken, because she was on the record repeatedly seeking the censorship of millions of Americans in her capacity as White House flak.

TODAY, however, the same panel of Deep-State-boot-licking 5th Circuit judges (Stephen Higginson: appointed by Obama; Edith Clement: appointed by George H.W. Bush; and Leslie Southwick: appointed by W.) formally blocked Jen Psaki’s deposition, using a procedural move that prevents the matter from being appealed to the FULL 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

As this ruling demonstrates, in America, there are exceptions for the rich and powerful – and rules and liability for everyone else. If this were a run of the mill case, this panel of 5th Circuit judges wouldn’t have given the issue the time of day. But, because the Deep State wills it, Psaki lives to lose another day.

No one should have faith in the judicial system anymore: it’s staffed by transparently political hacks.

Incoming Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes Runs From TGP Reporter Asking “When Did You And Katie Hobbs Learn About The Discrepancy In Pinal County’s Recount?”

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson questioned incoming Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, who was inaugurated Thursday morning following the questionable Midterm Election and significant errors found in the mandated recount for the Attorney General Race.

Kris Mayes previously ran from Conradson when asked why she would hire a woke consultant who hates the police while running for Arizona’s top law enforcement official.

Like Katie Hobbs, Kris Mayes runs from reporters asking tough questions.

She did it again at the inauguration ceremony on Thursday.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Katie Hobbs, Kris Mayes, and others with suspicious election wins gave their inaugural addresses yesterday. After the speeches, Katie Hobbs was nowhere to be found, and a pool of media was held off by security until she was gone.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Abe Hamadeh filed a ‘Motion for New Trial’ in the Mohave County Superior Court on Tuesday after the recount in rural Pinal County brought the margin of victory down to 280 votes. A state judge announced Democrat Kris Mayes beat Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes in the race for Arizona Attorney General on Thursday, December 29.

The recount in Pinal County found hundreds of new votes, heavily favoring Abe Hamadeh and likely other Republican candidates, whose races were not recounted.

Katie Hobbs, and likely Kris Mayes, knew about this discrepancy in Pinal County but withheld the information in court. The Gateway Pundit reported that Hobbs’ lawyers asked to delay the recount results from being presented before Abe’s lawsuit against her and Kris Mayes was dismissed. Abe said Tuesday, “She had all the facts, she withheld this from the court, and she withheld this from me. So, we weren’t able to present any of this evidence.”

President Trump and Abe Hamadeh are calling for a statewide recount. Hamadeh is raising concerns about nearly 5,000 uncounted provisional ballots and 50,000+ potentially uncounted undervotes in Maricopa County.

“She wanted to get her ally, Kris Mayes,” said Abe in a recent interview.

On Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates. Many of the thousands of voters disenfranchised by this catastrophe were forced to vote provisionally.

However, Mayes told Conradson that it was a fair election.

Mayes refused to answer when she and her ally, Katie Hobbs, learned of the discrepancy in Pinal County when asked by Conradson.

After being ignored as she spoke to several other reporters, Conradson confronted Mayes on the issues in Maricopa and Pinal County, and she ran!

WTH? Pinal County Elections Director Collects $25,000 Bonus After Reporting Inaccurate Results, Retires, Moves to Texas BEFORE Recount Discovers Hundreds Of New Votes For Abe Hamadeh

Pinal County Elections Director Virginia Ross, who oversaw the General Election discrepancies discovered in the recount of Abe Hamadeh’s race for Arizona Attorney General, reportedly collected a $25,000 bonus to run a good election, despite the significant errors and her failure to disclose the issues.

“Ross retired on Dec. 2, according to county spokesperson James Daniels, and moved to Texas the next day,” says the report below. Ross moved out of the state the day after she retired on December 2nd, and there is no publicly listed information for her. The recount was ordered by a court days later.

“If errors were known to the board, we would have not likely canvassed,” said County Supervisor Kevin Cavanaugh.

This is likely why Katie Hobbs threatened County Supervisors who did not vote to certify the election with felonies and arrests.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Virginia Ross resigned from her role as County Recorder to be appointed as Elections Director after the Pinal County primary election disaster, where the County ran out of Republican Ballots.

Before the Primary Election on August 2, the elections department also sent 63,000 incorrect ballots to Pinal County voters.

This is odd. The Gateway Pundit published an article asking why was the woman who previously oversaw these debacles in part as County Recorder appointed to another position within the County? Was there a backroom deal to get her a better-paying job?

In 2020, Pinal County’s Elections Director was paid $46.46/HR to former Recorder Virginia Ross’s $30.67/HR.

Why was Virginia Ross still employed with Pinal County and receiving a raise?

According to a new report, Ross also “collected a $25,000 bonus for running a smooth election despite reporting final results with significant inaccuracies.” Ross was also paid $175,000 for four only months of work.

2022 Election: Colorado Secretary of State Sent 31,000 Registration Cards to Foreigners

In September of 2022, the State of Colorado sent postcard mailers to 31,000 foreigners asking them to register to vote.

ERIC played a role in this problem because they can access licensed Colorado drivers. Their process obtains DMV information to determine which people are EBU (Eligible But Unregistered). Under their ERIC agreement, Colorado is forced to contact these people and solicit them to register. Jena Griswold, an activist Democrat, is the Secretary of State for Colorado. She knows foreigners are breaking the law if they register to vote.

Upon hearing this news last October, The Public Interest Legal Foundation conducted an investigation to find out who was responsible. PILF released their report Thursday which provides more evidence States should cancel their ERIC agreements. After the Colorado SOS office admitted foreign nationals were encouraged to register, they told the county election officials this was just a “data analytic error.” The SOS office resists transparency and will not provide any details on about this “error”.

In the past, the SOS office has described their procedures that prevent mail from being sent to ineligible recipients. But in 2022, those procedures were either no longer in place, or completely failed. They will only explain this list of 31,000 foreigners was created by comparing CO statewide voter roll with the master list of licensed Colorado drivers. This is the role ERIC plays. As previously reported, ERIC prevents States from knowing who is a foreigner. Their rules say “Under no circumstances shall the members transmit any record indicating an individual is a non-citizen of the U.S.” as listed in Exhibit A, 2b.

County officials were bombarded with requests from the media and concerned citizens. They needed guidance and answers. Communications obtained by PILF portray a CO Secretary of State office that was focused on damage control instead of answering questions and helping county election officials. In fact, the SOS office refused to supply the County election officials with the names of foreigners in their counties who received the registration invites. This was likely an attempt to help these foreigners obtain citizenship and full voting rights.

Moffat County asked to see the information on the 54 foreigners in their county that were mailed voter registration cards. The Deputy SOS Christopher Beall refused. He cited “potential legal issues”. But PILF found no communication indicating this was a concern in the SOS office. His LinkedIn page says he worked as attorney for Obama for America, the CO Democrat Party, and the ACLU. Beall proclaims he is “formerly a journalist, then a trial lawyer, still a law professor, and now a leader of Colorado’s preeminent elections operations.”

It’s another example how the left places activists inside election departments to help control outcomes.

The World Health Organization shared a video on Twitter promoting the claim that anti-vaccine activism is deadlier than global terrorism, nuclear proliferation, and gun violence.

Yes, really.

The video quoted Baylor College of Medicine’s Dr. Peter Hotez, who stated, “We have to recognize that anti-vaccine activism, which I actually call anti-science aggression, has now become a major killing force globally.”

Hotez went on to assert that 200,000 Americans died from COVID because they refused to get the vaccine, a claim that isn’t backed up by any source.

“And now the anti-vaccine activism is expanding across the world, even into low and middle income countries,” added Hotez.

Horowitz: Federal judge overseeing J6 cases announces retirement, no interest in presiding over 1,000 more cases

We all knew this was coming, but in our hearts we were praying the persecutions would finally end. Anyone who merely stepped foot into the Capitol (and a few who didn’t) was charged and treated 1,000 times worse than anyone else for commensurate crimes. Now, in a bombshell revelation, Judge Thomas Hogan, one of the main D.C. district judges overseeing the J6 cases, announced in a conference call with defense attorneys that he is suddenly retiring. He further said that there are 1,000 additional cases coming down the pipeline from the DOJ (thanks to McConnell giving the department more funding), and he has no interest in presiding over them for another four to five years.

Trump Faces Wrongful Death Suit Brought by Girlfriend of Capitol Police Officer Who Died of Natural Causes

Former President Donald Trump is facing a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the girlfriend of U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who a medical examiner said died of natural causes a day after the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Sicknick’s girlfriend Sandra Garza is seeking at least $10 million in damages from Trump and from each of the two men charged in connection with the Jan. 6 incident.

“The horrific events of January 6, 2021, including Officer Sicknick’s tragic, wrongful death, were a direct and foreseeable consequence of Defendants’ unlawful actions,” reads the complaint (pdf), which was filed on Jan. 5 at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by attorneys on behalf of Garza, who is bringing the lawsuit both individually and as a representative of Sicknick’s estate.

Besides what could be a total of $30 million in monetary damages, Garza is seeking unspecified punitive damages and coverage of attorney’s fees.

A spokesperson for Trump did not immediately return a request for comment from The Epoch Times, but a statement provided to Fox News called the lawsuit “frivolous.”

“President Trump is immune from frivolous attacks and will continue to be fully focused on his mission to Make America Great Again,” the spokesperson told Fox, while pointing out that Trump on Jan. 6 “clearly and unequivocally stated that Americans should ‘peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard.’”

Two Jan. 6 rioters, Julian Khater of Pennsylvania and George Tanios of West Virginia, who were earlier charged with assaulting Sicknick with a chemical spray, were the two other defendants named in Garza’s lawsuit.

Their attorneys were not immediately available for comment.

Khater earlier pleaded guilty to assaulting police on Jan. 6 and Tanios pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors.

Company Tied to McCarthy Ally Jeff Miller Is Reportedly Under FBI Investigation

Jeff Miller is a lobbyist for Pfizer, a long-time GOP political operative and principal for the tax service company Ryan LLC, which is allegedly under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Dallas-based tax services company Ryan LLC, of which Kevin McCarthy’s ally, Jeff Miller is a principal owner, is reportedly under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for tax refund-related fraud.

“[The FBI] does not confirm or deny the existence of investigations,” FBI spokeswoman Brooke Brennan said.

The investigation is alleged to have started in spring of 2021 after Ryan LLC hired three former high-ranking officials from the administration of Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, which happened just months after they left office.

This allegedly happened in order to pressure the Arizona State Department of Revenue to reward some $100 million in tax refunds to mining clients of Ryan LLC’s.

North Dakota’s deputy tax commissioner, Sandy McMerty, asserted that Ryan LLC draws out the refund claim process in an attempt to boost returns because North Dakota code requires a 10.5% interest payment on tax refunds.

“Some of their requests can take years to get through. In the end, it’s costly because the longer it takes us, a 10.5% interest rate is pretty damn good interest in the U.S. It pays well if you can make us take longer, and that’s what it feels like,” McMerty said.

McCarthy’s close confidant, Miller, in addition to being a Principal at Ryan LLC, also worked as an advisor to former California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger (R), and Rick Perry’s 2016 campaign manager. Miller is also the former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the California Republican Party and a member of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Council and republican Jewish Coalition National Board.

“A lot of people like to think that they’re close to Kevin. There are very few people who actually talk to him about stuff or that he reaches out to proactively on stuff…Obviously, Jeff [Miller] is a very key and central figure of that group,” a former aide to McCarthy said.

Israel to withhold PA tax revenue, impose other sanctions after Abbas’s UN success

Funds will be withheld to compensate terror victims and offset payments to terrorists, West Bank construction to be frozen, after PA pushed UN to have ICJ weigh in on occupation

The security cabinet on Friday voted to approve a series of sanctions against the Palestinian Authority in response to Ramallah’s successful initiative at the United Nations last week to have the International Court of Justice draft a legal opinion regarding Israel’s conduct in the Palestinian territories.

Among the measures approved by the ministers, whose government took office last week, were seizing tax revenues Israel collects on behalf of the PA and channeling them to Israeli victims of Palestinian terrorism; deducting from the revenues to offset payments the PA makes to Palestinian terrorists, attackers, security prisoners and their families; freezing Palestinian construction in much of the West Bank; and canceling some Palestinian VIP benefits.

The security cabinet vote represented a significant departure from the policy of the previous government, which in several ways sought to strengthen the Palestinian Authority, fearing that its collapse would only boost more extreme Palestinian forces such as Hamas. At the same time, that government’s prime ministers — Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid — would not meet with PA President Mahmoud Abbas, let alone hold negotiations toward a two-state solution with him.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has long boasted of his efforts to isolate the PA and he has cobbled together the most right-wing government in Israeli history, made up of many lawmakers who support collapsing the PA and view it as a terror-inciting body. They do not share the view of the defense establishment, which stresses the importance of Israel’s security cooperation with the PA and has pushed successive governments to prevent its dissolution.

The security cabinet instead voted Friday to follow through on sanctions it had threatened to impose if the PA moved forward with its campaign against Israel in the international arena, with ministers approving five measures against Ramallah.

The first was to seize NIS 139 million ($39 million) in tax revenues that Israel collects on the PA’s behalf and hand them to the families of Israelis killed in Palestinian terror attacks, in line with legal suits on the matter.

The security cabinet also voted to further strip from the tax revenues the amount that the PA granted to Palestinian terrorists and the families of slain attackers over the previous year. Israel passed legislation mandating this deduction, but the previous government delayed its implementation over warnings regarding the PA’s imminent financial collapse.

British Author John Sweeney Says Jeffrey Epstein DID Kill Himself, Had No Connections to Israeli Intelligence But Was a 'Nazi'

British journalist John Sweeney, author of the new book Hunting Ghislaine, wants the public to know that Jeffrey Epstein did kill himself and had no connections to Israeli intelligence but was "a bit of a Nazi."

Ghislaine Maxwell's father Robert Maxwell (born Ján Ludvík Hyman Binyamin Hoch) also had no connections to Israeli intelligence and only hid the fact he was Jewish to escape "anti-Semitism" in 1960s Britain.

Sweeney shared this comical propaganda with the Times of Israel in an interview on his book that was released on Friday.

In order to sell his garbage book and give it a hook, he claims Robert Maxwell may have abused Ghislaine (making her a victim) and might have been a pedophile (though he admits he has no evidence that's the case).

But, as UK journalist John Sweeney writes in the opening pages of his new book, “We can set the pieties aside, Robert Maxwell was a monster, cruel, [and] mad — mad as a box of frogs.”

The book, “Hunting Ghislaine,” is based on the hit episode of the same name on the author’s podcast, “Sweeney Talks,” which has nearly 5 million downloads. It focuses on the strange and abusive relationship between Ghislaine Maxwell and her father, Robert, whose cruelty, Sweeney claims, deformed Ghislaine Maxwell long before she met Jeffrey Epstein.

I also spoke to British journalist Jenni Frazer, who interviewed Maxwell for Britain’s Jewish Chronicle in 1986. She was sent by the paper to ask why Maxwell had been in denial of his Jewishness. She described how before the interview Maxwell purposely began using the lavatory very, very noisily and she was made to wait outside, where she could hear splashing noises. She said she was in no doubt that Maxwell put on this display deliberately as a power play and to make her feel uncomfortable.

UAE action leads to arrest of people smuggling kingpin in Sudan

LYON, France – A notorious people smuggler, known for his particularly cruel and violent treatment of migrants, has been arrested in Sudan thanks to swift action by the United Arab Emirates, based on information shared via INTERPOL.

Kidane Zekarias Habtemariam was the subject of two INTERPOL Red Notices, by Ethiopia and the Netherlands, for migrant smuggling, human trafficking and other related crimes. He is wanted for heading a major criminal organization behind the kidnapping, extortion and murder of East African migrants.

The Eritrean national had been on INTERPOL’s radar since 2019 and is believed to have smuggled and trafficked thousands of victims.

In March 2022, intelligence gathered by INTERPOL’s Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants unit prompted a task force meeting with participants from Ethiopia, Sudan, The Netherlands, UAE, Europol and Regional Operational Centre in support of the Khartoum process and the African Union Horn of Africa Initiative (ROCK). Officers explored analytical gaps, progressively closing in on the fugitive and his associates.

This extensive collaboration generated a new batch of intelligence, allowing UAE authorities to conduct a thorough investigation of his network and family members, identifying money laundering activities and leading to Sudan.

His location and arrest will deal a significant blow to a major smuggling route towards Europe and protect thousands more from being exploited at the hands of the crime group.

Speaking about the arrest, Brigadier Saeed Abdullah al Suwaidi, Director General, Federal Anti-Narcotics General Directorate of the UAE’s Ministry of Interior said: “Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of our police officers, the world’s most wanted human trafficker will no longer be able to commit his despicable actions. The UAE will continue to deploy our full operational capabilities to protect vulnerable communities from this horrific exploitation.”

Stefan Schrander, Warrant Officer, Royal Netherlands Marechaussee welcomed the arrest, adding that he had been on the Dutch National Most Wanted List since October 2021. “The Royal Marechaussee is grateful for the effective cooperation in this investigation with various countries coordinated through INTERPOL.

“This successful cooperation has already resulted in the extradition by Ethiopia last year of a close associate of his and is now followed by a major arrest. Demelash Gebremichael, Commissioner General of the Ethiopian Federal Police recognized the efforts of officers who worked day and night to follow up on leads generated by the task force: “This tremendous effort has led to the arrest of an international criminal sentenced to life in prison in Ethiopia. It is a notable success.”

Stephen Kavanagh, INTERPOL Executive Director of Police Services added: “This is a testament to the INTERPOL network and what can be achieved when countries work together. In today’s world, it is quite simply the only way to stop criminals whose repeated cruelty strips people of their dignity.

“More than ever, we are committed to identifying all of the members in this smuggling ring, and any others that viciously exploit people seeking a better life,” said Mr Kavanagh.

More arrests are expected as part of ongoing investigations and as coordination continues with several INTERPOL member countries.
