The whole Congress needs to be demolished to the ground; start afresh from the ground up. Scrub that place with clorox and let it dry in the sun. Then, people, who understand that there are no honorable human beings, and that humble is stronger than honorable, placed in those positions via free and fair votes and with TERM LIMITS.
