It was interesting to hear the Uniparty using the term 'Insurrection' after years digging on the Insurrection Act of 1807 and knowing the kinds of authority an insurrection would grant to POTUS.

Haven't seen that sentiment expressed, just some civics lessons and facts related to the petition success rate. Anon is hopeful Brunson's petition gets a hearing as a result of today's conference. We'll know Monday.

It appears that documents were distributed for conference on 11/30/22. This is to give the justices and their staffs time to review the petition prior to the 1/6/23 conference.
Anything received after 11/30/22 could not be included in the distribution (Received out of time).
