New Zealand's Security Intelligence Service (SIS) has announced an inquiry into dealings with private security company Thomson & Clark, who used contacts at the SIS to help secure government contracts.
Meanwhile the State Services Commissioner has widened an inquiry to cover all government agencies, in regard to potentially corrupt dealings with Thompson & Clark.There was "serious staff misconduct" at the Ministry for Primary Industries
Multiple government agencies were implicated in favouring Thomson & Clark for government contracts.
