About $3 billion of the $13 billion (of debt to purchase Twatter) was an unsecured loan carrying an interest rate of 11.75% and the remaining $31 billion is stock/equity (i.e. TSLA shares.)
The debt is tied to Twatter as a company but the rest is on EM via the posted TSLA shares-and I don't know what his marker is for that to be called but it (TSLA) shares have been cut in half since early December and the non-collaterilzed debt was financed by the banksters out of pocket since they could not sell it in the credit markets and move it somewhere else.
