Glad you're in here. Ret. LE fag here and was contemplating how to use state criminal statutes to prosecute federal agents for criminal acts (treason, deprivation of civil rights under color of law, acts of violence, etc…) committed or conspired within the various states.
That and the possibilities of class actions amongst the various state attorneys general for harms caused by organized crime committed by federal agencies against the people.
Criminal, constitutional, economic, you name it. The only place where their asses were within a state jurisdiction would be DC…everywhere else, they are likely breaking state laws as well running these false flags, suppression campaigns, malicious political prosecutions, unlawful seizures, etc…
Still early in the thinking, but what is tolerated is encouraged. They are criminals. Period. Criminal law is 99% handled by the states and this might as well be no different.
Thoughts?
