This kind of shit will only stop when the guys in Blue start saying "No, not gonna do it".
Our Men and Women in Law Enforcement are under no obligation by law to enforce a tyrant's unlawful orders no matter where that order comes from. The orders from "management" are fraudulent, unlawful and immoral. The people in these positions are using their authority to deprive Americans of their rights many of which are in direct violation of what we refer to as the "Bill of Rights". We all should refer to this contract as the Bill of Prohibitions. And make no mistake about this. This is a Contract. Enforcable by the "law of the land". Whether your are an intel agency, on the ground LE or Military, elected offical, appointed official, contractor, acting on behalf etc………. you are not only obligated and duty bound by the Bill of Prohibitions but also: 18 USC 242 "Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law".
You folks in Blue. Those of you that are honest, who honor and take seriously the oath you took and are in the position to lawfully stop the tryanny that is not only being waged against the American People, but against you youselves and your families, it has come time for you to pick which side of history you are going to stand on. There is no gray area here. There is only good and there is only evil. There is only lawful and there is only unlawful.
When you are given an unlawful order it is your solemn duty, under the oath you swore to protect and defend the united States of America's Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, to immedaitely arrest any offical that has given you an unlawful order, hold him for a Prelimenary Hearing of Cause and remove this criminal from the civil society. If the judge does not uphold his oath and lawful duty, he/she also should be arrested and detained.
Listening to a Regional Director of the Texas DPS literally "PLEADING" with the unlawful President of the United States and is begging him to do something about the invasion on our sourthern border. This is unacceptable. Intolerable.
NO SIR!!!! You have in the county you are standing on, the highest, elected, Law Enforcement offical referred to as the "Sheriff". Your Sheriff, if he upholds his oath, stands above every law enforcement official in that county, in that state and any LE officals on the federal level. This "Sheriff", is THE LAW in that county.
If and when this treaonous sonofabitch steps on foot on the land and soil of Texas, it is the duty of that Sheriff, to immediately arrest him and ANYONE ELSE who interferes with that arrest, and hold him/them, to account for what has unlawfully and immorally been done to your county, your state, your country. It is your duty to uphold the laws of the land in your county Sir.
It is time for all those who make up our Law Enforcement across this entire nation, in every county, to make a choice as to which side you are going to stand on and stand with. Choose wisely for at some point, you too, will be held to account.
