I don't think Big Pharma "targeted populations" with vaccines until now. Previously, SIDS and autism and other side effects from childhood vaccines were unintentional. Big Pharma realized how much $$$ there was to be made and bribed congress to make them mandatory. With the massive increase in kids getting vaxxed, the numbers of dead/affected kids exploded, and the bribed congress to give them immunity from lawsuits.
