To THIS anon, the best ideal situation is for you to be married to your ex AGAIN and the two of you raise that child (unless the child is already basically raised and even then…trust me when I say, we are ALWAYS raising our children).

I just think you cannot lose with that kind of power going for you. There is power in a relationship like that.

This ALSO reminds me of when wifeanon and I went to buy a truck. The salesman was this young hispanic dude and he loved how we had been married for 35 years (in love for 38) and he extolled the virtues of his girlfriend and how maybe he should ask her to marry him but he hasn't yet blah blah stinkin' blah. I turned around in the truck and looked him in the face: MARRY HER YOU IDIOT. okay…I didn't say idiot. But geez people…there is POWER and LOVE and JOY in marriage.
