Swiss anon here. SNB normally distributes profits made from trading (yes the swiss central bank trades stocks) to cantons. This time leftist canton governments have a problem because they already calculated their budget with the expectation of receiving billions in profits that do not exist.
That I don't know but in comparison to asylum seekers from other countries (who might have to wait months until receiving judgement as to whether they will get asylum or not), ukrainian "refugees" got fasttracked, received special protection status among alot of other benefits. We also joined up on some sanctions against Russia despite being "neutral". Swiss patriots cheered about our neutrality for decades only for it to be thrown out by the first ever foreign national to get elected minister (Ignazio Cassis).
