-minimize physical movement

Method of combined practices:

1.Ideal time for attempt 3:4am or just after.

  2. Awake, 24hr prior to attempt.

  3. Physical fatigue (i.e. exercise) just prior to attempt.

  4. attempt: controlled meditative breathing.

  8. attempt: visualize movement upward on inhale.
