A few! Depends on the time of year, anon. But the bestest I have found so far in a pinch is the boiled down grapefruit and lemon rinds. Then there is the fresh ginger root and tumeric tea, with a few additions. A simple hot lemon and honey tea will also do wonders. It really comes down to peace of mind as well, anon…if you convinced yourself you are dying, you will most likely die, or feel like it. Honestly, I haven't been sick with anythin 'organic' since 2015. I got sick back then and really started paying attention to what I was consuming and being exposed to. I make my own cleaning products, cleansing products including laundry and dish detergent. It's a process,. but worth it. i have been teaching myself about what grows medicinally like stinging nettle, pine needles, chaga and some of the most amazing mushrooms I have found on the forest floors! I have even learned how to use dandelions for medicinal purposes…and, like the above mentioned store bought items like grapefruits and lemons and roots I cannot grow here in my region. Don't forget GARLIC is always a go to!

I was exposed twice because of 'family' duties' and got sick both times, the second worse than the first. I had to do an intervention with all my medicinal tools at hand, and actually this board taught the grapefruit and lemon thing! It took three days but I recovered, scared.

My Baba (Ukrainian) plead her longevity - she died at 95 - was due to eating raw garlic butter sammiches before bed and then eating eggs in the morning to take away the smell.
She died in her sleep with a smile on her face, so who could really argue with that.
