2nd tweet is a response to yesterdays press conference where some reporter said crime in Germany has gone way down in past few years.
It's a quote, so grammar is not attributable to POTUS, therefore not noteworthy imo.
That just means he posted them all within 1 minute. Doesn't seem notable?
