That was my immediate first thought - who are you and why are you attemping a conversation? So after a little check I could see the intention as the tone of the voice and the "feeling" were all giveaways that this was a positive force. I won't give any more details except say that with preparation, anyone can do it.
Anon, this is why discernment is absolutely essential in regards to this stuff.
