Biden Center Recieved More than 50Mil From China After Campaign Announcement

Fox News has reported another article to add to the pile of Joe Biden’s shady dealings with foreign superpowers for personal gain.

We know about Hunter Biden leveraging his father’s name for special treatment in China and the Ukraine.

Americans remember Biden using Air Force 2 as his personal Brinks Truck, bringing Hunter along to close personal deals on taxpayer fuel and resources.

What many may not know about is the Biden Center that operates out of the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn).

Intrestingly enough, Joe has just nominated the president of UPenn to be the next embassador to Germany. Funny how that keeps happening.

President Joe Biden has nominated the China-linked president of the University of Pennsylvania to be the next U.S. ambassador to Germany.

Amy Gutmann is the Christopher H. Browne Distinguished Professor of Political Science and was praised by Fortune in 2018 as one of the “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders,” according to the university.

And she’s been president of UPenn since 2004.

Is nominating the president of a university you have a vested interest in shady? Most people would say yes. However this is not the most egregious thing about Biden’s relationship with UPenn and the Biden Center.

It turns out that the Biden Center has been largely paid for by donations from China.

Yes, the same China that has been getting a free pass ever since he’s gotten into office.

But between 2013 and last year, the university allegedly received tens of millions in undisclosed donations from China, according to the National Legal and Policy Center, a conservative-leaning public ethics group. And the dollar totals dramatically increased after the school opened its Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.”

The NLPC filed a complaint against UPenn last year, alleging $22 million in “anonymous” donations from the country for the Biden Center and $70 million from China in total.

“The University of Pennsylvania has stonewalled all inquiries into the identities of the Chinese donors who made $22 million anonymous donations to the university,” NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty told Fox News on Saturday. “We think it’s time for her (Dr. Gutmann) to answer the question and identify the donors.”

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Signs Executive Order Establishing “Elections Task Force” On Anniversary of Jan. 6

De-facto Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has already signed four executive orders just one week into her term.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Katie Hobbs’ ‘First 100 Days Initiative‘ to bring radical change in her first 100 days as Governor. Alleging attempts to “illegally legislate via executive order fiat in order to advance her woke agenda,” the Arizona Freedom Caucus has announced that they will sue Katie Hobbs for her unconstitutional bypass of the legislature.

Hobbs’ radical use of executive authority led brave Republican Arizona Legislators to turn their backs on the Hobbs “Democratic Fascism” regime and walk out during Hobbs’ first State of the State address on Monday. State Senator Jake Hoffman later said in a statement that Katie Hobbs’ far-left, woke agenda “elevates her actions to tyrannical.”

Hoffman and the Arizona Freedom Caucus slammed Hobbs in a statement, after demonstrating their contempt for the “election riddled with violations of Arizona law” and Hobbs’ embrace of “the left’s extreme, woke agenda.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake recently appealed her historic lawsuit to overturn the highly questionable election, arguing the trial court and Maricopa County Judge Peter Thompson dismissed “explosive findings.”

On Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates. County Elections officials failed to give an adequate explanation of these failures and seemingly lied under oath in Kari Lake’s recent trial. This and other election catastrophes in Maricopa County possibly stole the election from Kari Lake. The

Hobbs appears to be advancing her agenda as quickly as possible before the courts can make a ruling.

On the anniversary of January 6th, Katie Hobbs signed Executive Order 2023-03 titled “Establishing the Governor’s Bipartisan Elections Task Force.”

This order establishes a ‘Task Force,’ heavily focused on increasing access to voting and recommending policy to make voting more accessible. Hobbs will choose at least twelve members to chair the ‘Task Force.’

It does not appear that the ‘Task Force’ will study the failures and possible malfeasance on Election Day in 2022.

PHOENIX — Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs continued her First 100 Days Initiative with a pair of executive orders on Friday.

The first — and second signed since Hobbs took office — reinstates a commission on homelessness and housing that was abolished in 2020. The other order signed on Friday establishes a bipartisan elections task force.

Executive Order 3 established the Governor’s Bipartisan Elections Task Force to study and find recommendations to further bolster the state’s election laws and practices.

The sitting governor will chair the task force, which will include of the secretary of state, one county recorder nominated by the president of the state senate, a county recorder nominated by the Arizona house speaker, an election official from a city or town nominated by the League of Cities and Towns, among others.

“While I would’ve appreciated this leadership from the last governor, I now look forward to the task force’s recommendations and will continue working toward meaningful election reform that will improve the democratic process for voters and election administrators in Arizona,” Hobbs said.

The task force is asked to produce a report of its findings and ideas to Hobbs by Nov. 1 with law improvement recommendations.

“While Arizona’s elections are fair, secure, and free, more can be done to strengthen and clarify the laws around Arizona’s democratic process,” begins the order.

Trump unloads on Biden following document hypocrisy: 'Funded by CHINA!!!'

Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence was raided by Garland's DOJ for similar document concerns yet no action has been taken yet against POTUS

Former President Trump is taking a full payback swing over revelations late Monday that President Biden had potentially classified documents in an office he used after serving as vice president.

Trump, who is facing a federal investigation into whether he took classified White House materials when he moved to Florida, asked on social media: "Why didn't the 'Justice' Department announce the highly classified documents found in the office before the (2020) election."

Biden's lawyers disclosed to government attorneys on Nov. 2, 2020, – six days before the November midterms – that they'd discovered sensitive government documents with classified markings inside the office.

The documents were in the Penn Biden Center think tank in Washington, D.C.

The University of Pennsylvania under which the center operates, reportedly received $54.6 million in donations from 2014 to 2019 from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, public records show.

Trump, fellow Republicans and others have for years raised concerns about the Biden family's overseas business dealings and their potentially bad consequences for the American people.

"Wow, The Biden Think Tank is funded by CHINA!!!," Trump also wrote on the Truth Social platform. "The amount was 54 Million Dollars that the Biden Think received from China. That's a lot of money. They saw the classified documents."

Biden said in an interview last year on CBS's "60 Minutes," after the FBI raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida to recover potentially classified documents, that the former president's actions were "totally irresponsible" and asked, "How could that possibly happen?"

The Biden White House has confirmed it is cooperating with the Justice Department investigation at the request of the National Archives, which has also been involved in the Trump-classified material matter.

Belated revelation classified documents found in private Biden office turns legal, political tables

Office where documents found was part of a think tank at Ivy League university that got significant Chinese funding.

When Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Nov. 18 that he had named a special prosecutor to investigate former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents found at the Mar-a-Lago compound, the government harbored a fresh secret: The current president, Joe Biden, had a similar problem.

Just two weeks earlier, Biden's lawyers disclosed to government lawyers on Nov. 2 — just six days before the midterm elections — that they had found sensitive government documents with classified markings inside an office that Biden used at the Penn Biden Center think tank in Washington after he left office as Barack Obama's vice president.

The public was kept in the dark about the startling discovery until Monday, when the White House confirmed it was cooperating with an investigation launched by the Justice Department at the request of the same National Archives that has tussled with Trump over the last year.

The belated disclosure turned the political tables on Biden, who sharply criticized Trump for his document debacle last fall, while also raising troubling new questions that will be need to be answered by a U.S. Attorney in Illinois and Congress.

Those questions include:

Are there any other documents missing from Biden's government document collection from his time as vice president?

Are there any other locations — insecure or secure — where Biden might have kept sensitive government secrets?

Did the government delay notifying the public for political or other purposes, such as sparing Biden from criticism or to keep voters in the dark before Election Day?

Did any foreign powers have access to the office space where the documents were found?

The latter question took on added significance Monday night because it has been known for years that the University of Pennsylvania received extensive Chinese funding — estimated in some media reports at $54 million — around and after the time Biden announced his policy think tank was going to be part of the university's Washington program.

Republicans who chafed for months at the Biden Justice Department's records battle with Trump immediately seized on the revelation and vowed a vigorous investigation.

"Under the Biden Administration, the Department of Justice and National Archives have made compliance with the Presidential Records Act a top priority," Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the new chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, told Just the News. "We expect the same treatment for President Biden, who has apparently inappropriately maintained classified documents in an insecure setting for several years."

'Critical theory is the framework' used to train teachers: K-12 public schools 'saturated' with CRT due to teachers' education, report finds

A new Monday report finds that California public schools are "saturated with critical theory ideology" and "divisive rhetoric" because future teachers are trained using a "critical theory" framework.

CriticalRace.org, a project of the nonprofit Legal Insurrection Foundation, recently released a report titled "UC Schools of Education Report: Who Teaches the Teachers?" by Dr. Brandy Shufutinsky, which examines the training programs used to teach future educators in the University of California Schools of Education system.

"The impact that UC educated teachers have in shaping the minds of future generations is substantial. Because of the impact UC trained teachers have on students, it is essential that the pedagogical frame(s) used in schools of education and teacher training programs are examined for politicization and biases," the report stated.

The study attempts to show how critical race theory made its way into the public education system by investigating the curricula used to train teachers.

CriticalRace.org founder William Jacobson told Fox News Digital, "CRT and related ideologies have spread like wildfire through higher education, professional schools, K-12, and even military academies. The question is how this happened. Part of the answer is that CRT is deeply embedded in teachers' colleges, with 'ethnic studies' being a primary vehicle. Teachers are taught to teach CRT through 'Ethnic Studies' courses."

The report uncovered that institutions that educate teachers, including colleges and preparation programs, utilize a teaching structure based on critical theory ideology.

Critical theory is defined in the report as a "critique of society that examines ways in which power is used to oppress marginalized groups. Critical theorists believe that the privileged (men, White people, capitalism, Christians, heterosexual people) hold power and must be countered through transformative practices in order to foment social change towards truer democracy."

According to Dr. Shufutinsky, the report provides a "glimpse into how divisive rhetoric is making its way from academia into K-12 classrooms."

Dr. Shufutinsky believes that future teachers are being taught to apply principles from ethnic studies programs to other subjects they teach, including social studies, language arts, and even math.

"Joint programs between University of California Ethnic Studies Departments and Schools of Education are training teachers to implement critical theory ideology into K-12 classrooms," Dr. Shufutinsky told Fox News Digital.

According to the detailed report, UC Berkeley Teacher Education Preparation was the "most concerning" because both its handbook and identity statement were "riddled with critical theoretical concepts" that left "no room" for dissenting perspectives.

The 32-page study also found that UCLA School of Education is "clearly influenced by radical theory," UC Riverside School of Education used "a critical theory-informed social justice framework," and UC San Diego School of Education "examines education through an equity lens" and "holds up Cuba as a positive role-model."

The report found that UC Irvine's Master of Arts in Teaching program was "not entirely negative" because it did "not appear to be based on critical theory" and allowed "students the option to avoid some of the ideology."

The University of California did not immediately respond to a request for comment, Fox News Digital reported.
