Absolutely they are. For example, making a big deal out of someone's skin color is a crime against humanity - unless the target is orange, and then it's fun and clever to go on & on about it
They consider deadnaming someone to be a form of emotional violence, BUT it's hilarious to go around referring to Trump as "Drumpf".
It's twisted and heartless to revel in someone's poor mental state or depression, BUT it's plenty okay to call Trump insane or wish that he's miserable, etc.
Complete hypocrisy. But we already know that; the thing to do is to gently confront them and spur them to maybe stop and examine themselves a bit.
