Guise,
I just thought of something regarding the lawsuit filed by Children's Health Defense and others regarding Big Tech and government collusion to suppress information that ran against "the narrative". I think a big aspect of the case is that the economic damage is demonstrable and probably to some extent quantifiable. I think LinkedIn will have very high liability in this regard (not sure I'm using proper "legal" terminology, but I hope I am understood). A personal case in point. I had an application to a major US company that I know surveils social media posts. Within 1/2 hour of making a post that as I recall, linked to someone else's work that was critical of the FDA, I was notified that my application was no longer under consideration. On the one hand I understood, as the position I was interested in involved working with the FDA. On the other, I didn't like it that sharing information that I believed was credible was being used to exclude me from job consideration. Being skeptical of the FDA does not necessarily mean I could not respect an apparently "private" employer's need to meet their requirements. Also, I was using my LinkedIn to try to establish some business connections so when my first account was terminated I lost a lot. Just my 2 cents.
