This is no longer the case. Arguably, the personnel who served prior to the mandates have qualified immunity and are not criminals. But everyone who has served subsequent to the mandates has a problem.
The mandates violate article 147 of the Geneva Convention relative to civilians. This triggers article 148 of the same convention. None of them have any kind of immunity. Everyone in uniform is an "unlawful combatant" under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
They "knowingly" aided and abetted, and their spouses "knowingly" spent the dirty money. They all go to prison.
You are aware that in the late 1940's, the wives, mistresses and girlfriends went to prison too? If prosecutors could demonstrate that any of them knew of where the jewelry and furs originated, then they also went to prison.
Do the wives of service personnel know that their husbands are being paid to aid and abet in coercive human medical experimentation? Did they know about the mandates? 'Cuz if they did, and they spent the money in the joint-checking accounts they share with their war-criminal husbands, then they are going to prison too.
