Yep, a regular flight probably for commanders or whatnot. Those plans are too small for much cargo. What I watch for are joint base andrew direct flights to gitmo. Been about 3-4 months since one has popped up.
Supply trips from Norfolk and Charleston are common weekly as well. You also have weekly/biweekly trips from Jacksonville carrying personnel. Usually those are United/Delta/Sun Country flights.
