News is framing it incorrectly imo. The dude says “he knows too much” and they’re trying to “George Floyd” him. Also says to bystanders that the cops “aren’t cops” and they’re going to sedate him to kill him.

Pretty sure dude knows something regarding BLM and realized he was about to be killed off. Died 4 hours later after being fine per the footage in link above.
