They are a rare breed these days. Everyone wants to sit on a committee and talk. Been complaining about this tendency for years. Peopl in high places talk and draw conclusions and then congratulate themselves on their conclusions as though having said it, it is equivalent to doing it. I call it the "God Complex" as in "Let there be light, and there was light." These people seem to think they can bring things into existence merely by talking about them.
