BULLSHIT!!!!

So Horowitz says that Strzok, Page, et al clearly showed troubling bias and animus……

BUT, that this bias and animus did NOT play into the final conclusion of the prosecutors not to bring charges against Clinton…..

BUT, BUT, BUT….. how come nobody is asking THIS question….. What prevents Strzok, Page, et al from TRULY investigating the Clinton email issue… ignoring evidence, not asking specific questions to witnesses…. I mean if Strzok is in charge, what prevents him from sitting in his office with his hands in his pockets while he is supposed to be investigating MYE?????????

Yes, but you have proof of bias - what's to say that the investigative techniques used were not tainted by this bias…. If Strzok doesn't give the prosecutors everything, or he gives Clinton a pass on certain things, then the prosecutors CAN'T recommend charges bases off of bad evidence collection.
