Try Kefir. The bacteria in it is apparently a "right twist" bacteria rather than a "left twist" bacteria as found in yogurt. The bacteria in kefir are reported to produce vitamin B1 and some other B vitamins. They also are supposed to produce tryptophan, serotonin, melanin and also are active in combating cortisol. Quite amazing little buggers! Oh; they also are resistant to antibiotics and can survive a full course. Sounds a bit too good to be true. I don't have any experience of this stuff. With all of the anti stress and feel good stuff going on, it should help promote deep relaxing sleep.
