Everything is Just in Time now. Which works fine until it doesn't. If everything works fine, which in large part it has over the past 25 years (prior to Evergreen), mfg's, farmers etc save money because they don't have as much storage/spoilage. Then all of a sudden there are 150,000 new cars waiting for a micro chip. Lesson: store some food/water/pm's/gas etc.
