Basically my whole approach has been to try and increase the level of this transmitted in my brain, hence magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and probiotics.
I haven't tried it as a standalone supplement, but here is potential there. What I think a big problem is here is that I don't have the right bacteria to produce gaba myself, or there are bad bacteria that eat the gaba, or a parasite.>>18130937
