Parents, can't homeschool?
Lots of good retired teachers available. Many of them willing to supplement income by zoom teaching.
Form a co-op with other parents. Take turns teaching or pool money to hire a few part-time teachers and take turns using your homes as locations.
At least your kids will be out of that mess.
In TX, teaching certification not required to homeschool.
Homeschools are considered private schools. They are not required to follow school mandates in regards to subject requirements but most do.
