For my job I had to do a heavy metals 24 hour urine collection along with several co-workers. I have not heard of a single instance where someone came back elevated aside from eating seafood 3 days prior to test.
I am not saying this is bs, I speculate either the testing is different or the parameters or too lax causing many to go un-noticed.
