Many people know Joe Biden for his role as the President of the United States, but many don't know that beyond the presidential speeches and meetings in the Oval Office, Biden is just as much of a gearhead as anyone else in the automotive world. Like many other car enthusiasts, he has a fleet of incredibly amazing cars in his collection that was once quite massive before he became the President.
Despite his once large collection, only a few cars remain in his possession today. This was inevitable with the presidency. However, of the few that remain, it is clear that his favorite is his 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C2), and reasonably so.

While being the President of the United States must be awesome, giving up driving for it isn't. The Corvette Stingray lineup is a classic, and this small-block Chevy has been under his ownership since August 1967. Biden received the vehicle as a wedding gift from his father, though the car needed some major repairs.
Thanks to Biden's two sons, the C2 Stingray had a new paint job, and it received a new engine as a Christmas gift some years back, allowing her to purr once again. Biden stated in Leno's interview that he, unfortunately, doesn't get to drive the car much, and driving it on the program makes it the third time he's driven it in seven years.
