My fellow southernanons have been dropping dead on the practice field of football practice in the heat of summer for decades, now. Very large linemen, most often. Shit happens every fucking year, in every locale. Town near us had a 7 year old, same issue. Undiagnosed congenital issue that lead to a thoracic aortic aneurysm.
