If you paid attention to the movie and not the Qanon division shills, you would know the 2000 mules were just the mules with the highest percentage of ballots dropped in the boxes.
The division shills seem to forget that bit of information.
And they also neglect to tell you the starting point and final destination on their trips.

If HQ is known, surveillance can be set-up.

Greg and Catherine are not being prosecuted much less in jail.
