That is one of Russia's new hypersonic entry vehicles that they have on their new ballistic missiles. The entry vehicle detaches as the missile descends towards the target and then travels at hypersonic speeds and varies its trajectory to avoid missile defences.
Russia does not want to destroy the USA with nuclear weapons. But it does want to communicate to the USA that Russia can easily destroy the USA with nukes any time it wants to. The end goal is to maintain sovereignty of Russia and to get back to disarmament treaties.
The lack of a sonic signature should be a clue to intelligent anons, as to how these craft achieve hypersonic speeds, based on the normal, well-known and understood laws of physics. They just did some out of the box thinking, found a corner case, and exploited it.
This is why Russian engineers place such emphasis on TRIZ in education. Because this is how you discover those corner cases, outside the mainstream of thought.
They are hurting.
Therefore they are lashing out.
The attention is because they are trying to claw their way back
To the top of the heap
Not realizing that the heap has moved
And that is why they are feeling the pain
The new heap works on different principles
Which they see as a CONSPIRACY
They are now convinced that there is a CONSPIRACY
And Trump is at the center of it
And the aim of the conspiracy is to DESTROY EVERYTHING THEY HAVE BUILT
They are trying to call in the troops to rally round
But the enemy is so shadowing
So scattered
They are having difficulty in accurately painting the target
Oh the light, it hurts!!!!!

"Viva le resistance,” the FBI lawyer & future #Mueller attorney texted. As I've said for a long time, Washington isn't like Versailles. Washington is Versailles.

The FBI didn’t want Trump to be President. Peter Stzrok’s text says “we’ll stop it.” The day after the election, FBI Attorney #2 said he was “stressed about what I could have done differently.” 2 weeks later he said “Viva le resistance.
This is as wrong as it gets. #IGReport

And this person had that motto as far back as Dec 2017. Who does this person hang out with?

An FBI attorney who worked on the special counsel’s Russia investigation until earlier this year sent anti-Trump text messages to a colleague, including one exclaiming: “Viva le Resistance.”
The attorney’s comments are revealed in a Justice Department inspector general’s report released on Thursday.
The lawyer is not identified, but he worked on the Hillary Clinton email investigation and was the FBI’s lead attorney on the investigation into Russian election interference. He was assigned to special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation soon after it began in May 2017 and left in late February of this year after some of his private messages were shared with the special counsel.
The unidentified FBI lawyer said he was “numb” just days after Trump was elected to the White House.
Apparently the FBI lawyer became galvanized in his effort to resist Trump, reported Chuck Ross:
“Is it making you rethink your commitment to the Trump administration?” one FBI lawyer wrote on Nov. 22, 2016.
“Hell no. Viva le resistance,” the future Mueller attorney responded.
According to the report, this Trump-hating FBI lawyer claimed in an interview with the Office of Inspector General he didn’t let his political feelings or beliefs impact his work on Hillary’s email investigation or the Russia probe.
