Sounds like most every ‘organization’ consisting of three or more people anon has ever encountered. A ‘massive conspiracy’ indeed. Someone would have leaked.
To be fair, i have experienced highly effective and enjoyable work in small organizations.
However, the larger an org certainly the more of those counterproductive dynamics exist.
