If man didn’t act wickedly there would be no need for the redeemer. And many who come to Christ see the righteousness of god only in reflection to the evil in themsev3s and the world. Also many people believe that evil is important to conceal god omnipotence from mankind. So god allows evil in man to keep himself and his power hidden from humanity as otherwise it would consume it. And there would be no more imperfection in man. The Christian’s believe that there will be a time that we live in righteousness with Christ but the occult believes it is cyclical that there will never be a permanent time of righteousness for humanity and we get glimpses of god and then it is occulted in order to maintain humanity in its way.
In my experience coming face to face with the Devine I can understand the need for hiding it. It’s all consuming crazy making and potentially has extremely damaging effects. Look at the apostles when they came to the certainty of it, they were transformed and willing to be tortured and killed for what they knew of his glory. So you can imagine if many people were certain, without the occultation of him by what appears to be evil to maintain doubt you can imagine the world would dramatically be different and indeed could get quite ugly for many people.
