The attorney for FTX testified in court that the co-founder of the crypto company used a secret backdoor to launder money to Alameda Research.

FTX Crypto went bankrupt last year, its owner losing millions of dollars.

FTX owner Sam Bankman-Fried was the second biggest donor to Democrats in the 2022 midterms.

A bombshell testimony has revealed that the co-founder of cryptocurrency exchange FTX was ordered by Sam Bankman-Fried to create a ‘secret’ backdoor to funnel money to Alameda Research.

Attorney for FTX Andrew Dietderich told the Delaware bankruptcy court on Wednesday that Gary Wang was told to create the secret line of credit of customer funds from FTX to the hedge fund.

Dietderich told the court that Wang ‘created this backdoor by inserting a single number into millions of lines of code for the exchange’ creating the line of credit, which ‘customers did not consent’ to.

The FTX attorney testified that the backdoor was a ‘secret way for Alameda to borrow from customers on the exchange without permission,’ Business Insider reported.

Hunter Biden asks court deny request from mother of daughter Navy to take the Biden surname

"To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family."

Hunter Biden requested that a judge deny a request made by the mother of one of his children, Lunden Alexis Roberts, to use the Biden last name for their 4-year-old daughter he's never met, Navy.

According to the New York Post, Hunter Biden's attorney claimed on January 6 that the court should deny the request until Navy was of the age to make the decision herself, and when "the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height."

In December of last year, 31-year-old Roberts filed a name change petition with an Arkansas court on December 27 after previously having filed a lawsuit asking for child support. Roberts' lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, said that Navy would "benefit from carrying the Biden family name," because it is "now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful."

Roberts worked as a stripper when the two met and conceived their daughter Navy. Hunter was in a relationship with his sister-in-law, the wife of his late brother Beau, at the time. Having never met the child, he initially denied paternity until a DNA test proved he was the father in 2019. Biden settled with his baby's mother for $2.5 million in 2020 and agreed to pay child support

Roberts said in her court filing, "To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family."

Hunter filed a formal request to have child support reduced in September of last year due to a "a substantial material change" in his life, prompting the suit from Roberts. Her case may force the president's son to reveal who has been buying his artwork.
