If a government CONSTITUTIONALLY purports to be OF the people, FOR the people and BY the people and at some point the people disengage, the only way to return to to "OF, BY, FOR" of a constitutional governmetn is to re-engage those PEOPLE who have been AWOL for several decades - including the likes of you.
