After wiping George down Babs backs up and keeps right arm out of view? Did she pass doctored napkin to ag/amb? and she sets what appears to be a neatly folded new napkin down on table

a few seconds later she picks up other napkin and wipes her hands down

was this a Jackie K type moment?
