From what I understand, she was doing her Captain IOE, intial operating experience. It appears that she stalled the aircraft. The IOE Check Airman is sitting in the right seat and is right seat qualified. He would have immediately took control of the aircraft and executed the stall recovery procedure. The ATR has enough power to fly out of a stall condition. Something is fucked up with this because it make no sense.
The 7/10 targeted kills Q mentions does not reference commercial aviation. Military. That said, there are plenty of questions as to how and why this aircraft crashed. The black box will tell the story of what happened from a operational standpoint.
