Almost certainly, yes. At the very least, he was a drug user and pusher on kids. All the imagery from his books is reminiscent of drug usage, whether Alice is getting bigger, smaller, flying, or falling.
He liked to hang out with pre-pubescent girls and tell them stories. Super suspect, but nothing definitive.
