Some don't trust the medical profession no more after learning the truth of the "vaccines."

 

Breath in as much air as possible.

Hold it and push your stomach out.

Recover if out of breath.

Repeat 5 times.

On the the fith time, pull your stomach in and cough out.

Now try and breath out as much as possible to open up your upper passageways.

Whenever you cough, always restrict the air coming out with your mouth.

Don't cough with a full open mouth.

Let your cheeks "catch" the air first.

Once you improve, you can then stretch your lung muscles better by holding biggest breath, pushing stomach out, raise arms above your head and twist and stretch around.

These exercises are from the stiiting position when you first start.

Bedside is best just incase you faint.

If you feel fainty, lay back.

Maybe even have someone else present to make sure you don't injure your head or anything from falling.

 

I use a handheld vibrator on my chest, back, and sides to loosen the flem in my lungs as well.

When using a handheld vibrator, don't do bone, stay on top of muscle.

Always work away from the heart.

Research using a handheld vibrator.
